Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 by a group of winegrowers and winemakers from the O Salnés region who decided to professionalize their production.  The Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana is a cooperative that currently has 400 members, making it the largest of its kind in the Rías Baixas appellation of origin.

The winery works with 200 hectares of member-owned vineyards in the Val do Salnés subzone. In keeping with the Galician tradition of minifundios or small landholdings, the vineyards are divided into more than 1800 parcels.

The winery's distinguished and bold image, its willingness to break with tradition, and the building of an internationally renowned brand have come to define the Paco & Lola philosophy. These are the elements that drive everything the winery does, from bottle design, wrapped in Paco & Lola's trademark polka dots, to winemaking.  By staying true to its philosophy, Paco & Lola has become one of the most renowned wineries of the Rías Baixas appellation of origin.
