Appearance: Delicate bright yellow amber.
Nose: Well-developed apple aroma.
Palate: Clean attack, nice fruity palate.
Serving suggestion: In a cocktail, as an aperitif, neat or on the rocks, as a midmeal palate cleanser (“the Norman hole”) or as a digestif.
