Storytelling: Salmos originates in a beautiful hidden enclave. The vineyards grow on steep schist (llicorella) hillsides and experience severe shifts between daytime and nighttime temperatures. These whims of nature add to the charm of the wine. Salmos is a tribute to the Carthusian monks who planted the first vineyards in Priorat. The wine holds the mysterious legacy of ancient times and wise men.
