Storytelling: His charisma and discretion made Jean Leon a confidant to the stars, who embraced him as one of their own and trusted him with their unusual stories. Years later, and in honor of his own family, he made this wine from grapes grown in the vineyard named after his daughter.
Tasting note: Brilliant straw-yellow with greenish highlights along the rim. Intensely aromatic. The nose expresses a full range of primary tropical fruit aromas with subtle toasty undertones and biscuity notes acquired during malolactic fermentation. A remarkable backbone of acidity carries the wine as it unfolds, unctuous and elegant, across the palate.
Serving suggestion: Pairs well with fish and white meat like chicken and other fowl. Serve at 7–9ºC.
